My name is Marc Casullo and I am a touring professional from Canada.
I played Division 1 golf Francis Marion University and turned pro shortly after in 2019. I spent the first 5 years of professional golf playing on PGA sanctioned tours such as PGA TOUR Latinamerica (2019) and PGA Tour Canada (2020-2024).
While playing at the professional level, I have learned so much of what the game of golf is about. I have had the privilege of training under some well-known swing coaches. From those experiences, I have learned just about everything about the swing, but more importantly, how to properly implement changes that will translate quickly and effectively to the golf course.

I enjoy working with golfers to help them establish a strong foundation for their game, based on fundamentals, recognizing that every golf swing is unique. I have guided many adult players to breaking the 100, 90 and 80 scoring barriers through instruction and confidence building. I believe the mental side of the game is just as important as the technical side. As the Director of the Operation 36 Program (https://operation36.golf/) for the Raspberry Golf Academy, to launch their golf careers and develop their skills.

I have also worked with Junior Golfers, including Junior Club Champions in multiple age groups, competitors in the Drive, Chip & Putt series and high school age players in top programs.

I work closely with students of all ages,to develop a positive, winning attitude where 'winning' is playing with confidence and enjoying this game we love.

In addition to Leadbetter Golf Academy, Operation 36, USGTF, US Kids and Positive Coaching Alliance Certifications as a Golf Teaching Professional, I hold a USSF National Youth 'A' Coaching License and a Dutch Coaching Certificate, as a soccer coach. I have more than 25 years of player development experience, guiding youth players into top soccer programs.

Brendon Allman

Now entering his sixth season as a PGA of Canada member, Nolan has quickly established himself as one of the industry’s rising coaching talents. He has guided players to multiple victories across professional, amateur, and junior tours, demonstrating a proven ability to elevate performance at every level.

Highly personable and deeply committed to his craft, Nolan is known for forming strong, meaningful connections with his players. His dedication to continuous learning has led him to spend extensive time shadowing top PGA Tour coaches, further refining his technical and strategic expertise.

With a background in personal training, Nolan brings a unique blend of technical and physical insight to his coaching. His own commitment to developing his game has accelerated his knowledge base to a level typically seen in coaches with significantly longer tenures in the field.

Nolan’s experience in team sports is reflected in his collaborative, structured approach to player development. Through individualized Roadmaps and the FocusGolfGroup Academy framework, his players gain the clarity and support needed to achieve consistent success. As Nolan continues to expand his knowledge and refine his coaching philosophy, his impact on the game is only poised to grow.

Keith Jarvis is a distinguished figure in the world of golf, currently serving as a Golf Channel Coach of the Week and Golf Channel Academy Lead Coach in New Jersey, and PXG Staff member. With a career spanning over four decades, Jarvis has established himself as a prominent player and coach within the industry. Prior to his role with Golf Channel Academy, Jarvis held the position of Lead Instructor with ESPN Golf Schools, where he made significant contributions to the development of aspiring golfers. Notably, he was part of the instructional team during the tenure of Hank Haney as Dean of Instruction, a period when Haney also served as Tiger Woods’ swing coach. Jarvis has been a dedicated student of the game, having received lessons from Haney and his team since the early 1980s, and participating in Haney’s renowned “Teaching the Teacher” courses. In addition to his association with Haney, Jarvis has worked alongside other esteemed coaches such as Andy Plummer, Mike Bennett, Butch Harmon, and James Sieckmann, a renowned expert in the short game. Jarvis holds multiple certifications that underscore his commitment to excellence in golf instruction. These include certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute, such as TPI Golf Fitness 1, Golf Coach 2 (Mental Game), Junior Coach 2, and Golf Mechanics Level 2. He is also recognized as a Stack and Tilt Authorized Instructor, Golfing Machine GSEM Authorized Instructor, K-Vest Level 2 Authorized Instructor, , and TrackMan Level 2 and US Kids Certified Instructor. One of Jarvis’ core beliefs is in the importance of mastering golf’s “New Fundamentals,” which he identifies as the common elements among the world’s best players. He emphasizes the significance of understanding ball flight laws and cultivating a Tour-caliber short game as essential components for players striving to reach their highest potential in the sport.

I was introduced to the game at the age of 5 years old and competed for a Division 1 program at Cal State Fullerton University where I graduated with a bachelors degree in Communications Advertising. Throughout my competitive career I personally worked with many top 100 instructors and mental coaches. Taking what I've learned through my 25 plus years playing this game I have been coaching others for over 5 years now. I enjoy helping players of all levels improve their game!

David has over two decades of teaching experience and has focused his professional career on helping golfers of all skill levels enhance their golf game. By learning different teaching techniques from the best instructors in the country, David will find a way for you to improve during the session. He was recently named the 2025 Troon Coach of the Year and has multiple individual accomplishments and awards in the SCPGA Desert Chapter including: Player of the Year, Assistant of the Year, Professional Development of the Year, and Junior Leader of the Year. David has been able to create instruction programs at different facilities in California that offer a wonderful instructional experience.

Hey there! My name is Sterling McIlravy. I am a PGA Associate and lead Teaching Professional at Blue Top Ridge at Riverside in Iowa City, Iowa. I have been teaching here for the last two years, and I am excited to be offering online lessons as an option now! Whether in-person or virtual, I am excited about the opportunity to coach you! As a former Division I golfer and full time playing professional for four years, I have had the privilege of training under some exceptional coaches and mentors. From those experiences I have learned that there are swing mechanics that are important, but also that there are no two players that will move the same. Because of that, I will never coach you into a swing “style.” My goal is to find what you do well, what you can improve on, and give you a clear path to improvement. Adam grew up around the game with a father who was a PGA professional. He began caddying at age 14, and at age 15, caddied for the US Women’s Amateur semi-finalist (1998) at Barton Hills Country Club. That’s when he found a passion for the game and for competitive golf, then going on to win his first junior golf tournament at age 16. Competing at the game hasn't stopped from that point on, and his passion for the game led to a career in golf. After about a decade working in club fitting and golf equipment, Adam transitioned to teaching the game in 2020. Having seen many different types of swings work, he has adopted an approach that adapts to the players' strengths instead of a model swing. The approach is to empower the player knowledge about themselves and their tendencies so that they can go through a process of self-discovery leading to self-belief. Knowledge is power, but applied knowledge put into practice is unstoppable. When working with Adam, you'll learn to problem solve and think your way through scenarios to become a more confident golfer on the course. Biomechanics are important, but mental approach and self-confidence are paramount to on course success.
